By using Blipstar you/the company you represent ("you") agrees to the following:
- You do not hold Blipstar responsible for the accuracy of mapping data or geocoding provided by Third Parties (it's the best in the business, but out of our control).
- If the number of daily map views for your store locator exceeds 2,000 it will switch to the text-only mode for the remainder of the day (for context, this affects less than 1% of locators). Optionally you can pay an additional fee for extra map views (contact us for details).
- This service is provided as-is with no warranty. Blipstar has been running successfully since 2006.
- Blipstar will do everything in its power to ensure you get an excellent service and try to resolve any issues you have. However, if anything goes wrong we'll sort your issue amicably.
- Blipstar cannot be held responsible for any damage to you or your customers which arises from its use.
- If you deliberately overload the server or abuse the service in any way your account may be terminated - thankfully this has never happened.
- You can cancel your account at any time. If on a yearly subscription you will receive a refund for any unused months. If on a monthly subscription you can get a refund if you cancel within two days of the start of a billing cycle.
