Terms of Service

By using Blipstar Plus you/the company you represent ("you") agrees to the following:

• You will adhere to the Google Maps Terms of Use.
• You do not hold Blipstar responsible for the accuracy of mapping data or geocoding provided by Third Parties.
• Blipstar will do everything in its power to ensure you get an excellent service and try to resolve any issues you have. However, if anything goes wrong you won't take any legal action and we'll sort your issue amicably.
• The number of daily "hits" for your store locator must not exceed 15,000.
• If you overload the server or abuse the service in any way your account may be terminated - this has never happened though.
• This service is provided as-is with no warranty and it may cease operation without notice - this is very very unlikely and Blipstar has been running successfully since 2006.
• Prices and specifications may increase at any time. However the good news is that once you have upgraded the fee you pay per year will not increase for as long as you pay the subscription.
• Blipstar cannot be held responsible for any damage to you or your customers which arises from its use.
