uploading your store locations file
Once you have created your store locations file select "Upload locations file" from the "my store locations" page. This will open the "Select file to import" dialog. Select "Browse" and select your locations file. There are a couple of options here specifying whether to append or overwrite the store list (the former is useful if you have more than one file to upload). The second option specifies whether, once loaded, the store addresses are automatically geocoded. Select "OK" to import the file.
geocoding
Once loaded blipstar™ will attempt to geocode the addresses (unless you turned this option off). This can take some time (a progress bar keeps you informed). If a store is geocoded a tick will appear next to it; if it is not geocoded a cross will appear. If some stores cannot be geocoded you have two options.
Firstly, you can edit the store's address line to something blipstar™ should recognise and then select "Geocode". Secondly, you can select the store's "Map" option. Use the small map on the left to navigate to where the store is (you can search for places in the search box) and click on the map to geocode that location. Selecting "Map" for a store which is currently geocoded will focus the map on that store. This is useful for verifying the store is in exactly the right location (again, you can manually edit its location by clicking on the map).

saving
Once all the stores are geocoded check you are happy with the store details (you can edit the name, address or HTML of a store by clicking on it). The "Clear" function deletes all stores whilst "Add new store" allows you to manually enter the information of a new store. Finally, select "Save" - this will store your information ready for use in the store locator.
