- You do not hold blipstar™ responsible for the accuracy of mapping data provided by Third Parties.
- blipstar™ will do everything in its power to ensure you get an excellent service and try to resolve any issues you have. However, if anything goes wrong you won't take any legal action against me.
- Also, blipstar™ cannot be held responsible for any damage to you or your customers which arises from its use.
- If you overload the server or abuse the service in any way your account will be terminated.
- This service is provided as is with no warranty and it may cease operation without notice.
- Donations are greatly appreciated to allow the service to continue but are non-refundable
